01 · Contact

WhatsApp is the fastest route.

Email works too: [email protected]. Send the same four lines — what you sell, roughly how many part numbers, where your buyers are, and a budget range. A rough number is more useful than a perfect paragraph.

What happens next

We reply with a scope, a fixed price and a delivery date, or with an honest “this is not our work”. Neither answer requires a discovery call first.

02 · Process

Four steps, from part list to handover.

01 Data review
You send the part list and the current site. We check what imports cleanly, what needs cleaning, and how large the build actually is. The quote and the date come from this, not from a sales estimate. From you: Part list, domain access, current site URL
02 Structure and content
Category, brand and product page templates are agreed before writing. For a catalog, the search and filter behaviour is specified here — which attributes become filters, and how part numbers are tokenised. From you: Approval of page structure and sample pages
03 Build and checks
A staging site is live from the first week, so you watch the catalog fill up. Before launch: mobile performance, crawlability, structured data, search behaviour and every inquiry route are tested. From you: Feedback in the staging site
04 Handover
Repository, database, domain, Cloudflare and CMS accounts move to your company. A walkthrough covers product editing and inquiry handling, with written notes for routine changes. From you: Account ownership and one walkthrough
03 · Questions

What owners ask before signing.

How long does it take?
Two to four weeks for a business website, four to eight weeks for a high-SKU catalog. The clock starts when we have your product data, not when the contract is signed. Data that needs extraction from PDFs or a website takes longer, and we assess that before quoting a date.
Can you import our existing catalog?
Yes — Excel, CSV, an ERP export, or a crawl of your current site. The data review tells you exactly what imports cleanly and what needs cleaning first. It also protects you from paying for a catalog that arrives half empty.
What happens after handover?
Nothing is required. You hold the code, the database and every account, plus a walkthrough. If you want us to keep writing content and watching search performance, that is the optional $999 annual advisory. If you want nothing further, the site keeps running.
Do we have to write the content?
The build includes the structure and the copy for the core pages. Product descriptions, buying guides and ongoing articles can be written by us, by your team, or by the AI agents we set up with you. Rewriting machine-translated text is quoted as a separate task.
Do you promise rankings or inquiries?
No. A new domain usually needs three to six months to earn search trust, and no vendor controls Google’s ranking. What we control is the technical foundation: crawlable HTML, readable facts, fast responses, correct structure and pages that answer a real buyer question.
How are payments handled?
Milestone payments, specified in the quote. There is no licence fee, revenue share or per-seat charge afterwards. Domain and hosting bills are paid by you directly, at cost.
Can we see progress while it is being built?
Yes. A staging site is live from the first week of the build, and you can review pages as they are added. This is deliberate: a launch-day surprise means something was hidden.
Do you work with agencies or resellers?
Occasionally, when the agency owns the client relationship and the engineering is white-labelled. Say so in the first message. The pricing and handover terms do not change; the account holder does.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share a catalog or supplier list. Send yours, or ask for a one-page mutual NDA. The part count, the data format and the target markets are enough to start without disclosing anything sensitive.
04 · Boundaries

What we do not do.

Not offered
  • No free mockups or speculative designs. The first paid step is a data review, and it produces something you keep.
  • No templates under $999 and no “ranking package”. If the budget only covers a template, a marketplace store is the better first move.
  • No scraping of third-party supplier data inside the build price. It is quoted separately by volume.
  • No domestic-only sites: the structure, proof and inquiry route here are built for export buyers.
Offered instead
  • A data review you keep, whether or not the project proceeds.
  • A fixed scope and price in writing before work starts.
  • A staging site from week one, so progress is visible.
  • Full handover of code, data and accounts at delivery.
  • An honest verdict when a smaller scope is the better buy.
