Privacy: what this site collects.
A short page, because the site collects very little. It explains the analytics, the contact channels, who processes the data, and how to have it removed.
The entity responsible.
Two kinds of data, nothing else.
- The name, company, email address or WhatsApp number you include in a message.
- Part numbers, spreadsheets, URLs or documents you choose to share for a quote.
- Notes of the reply we send.
We do not buy contact lists and we do not enrich your message with data from brokers.
- Pages viewed, approximate country, referring source, device type.
- The fact that a WhatsApp or email link was clicked, without the content of the message.
- Standard server logs held by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention.
No account is needed to read the site, and there is no contact form storing your data on our server.
Google Analytics 4.
The services involved.
How long it stays.
What you can ask for.
- For a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- For a correction, or for deletion where no legal obligation prevents it.
- To object to analytics processing.
- To know which categories of data were shared with which processor.
Write to [email protected] with “privacy” in the subject. We reply within a reasonable period and may ask one question to confirm the request is yours.
If you are in a jurisdiction with a supervisory authority, you also have the right to complain to it. This page is an explanation of practice, not legal advice.
If this page changes.
The date at the top is the date of the last substantive change. If a new processor is added or a new category of data is collected, this page is updated before the change goes live.
