One-time price · full handover · no software subscription
Pricing: paid once, handed over, no second-year fee.
Two products. The price changes with the number of part numbers you carry, not with how long the sales conversation runs. Domain and hosting are registered to your company.
The price follows the part-number count.
| Business website | High-SKU catalog | |
|---|---|---|
| One-time build fee | From $999 | $4,999 – $9,999 |
| Part numbers | Tens to ~300 | 300 to 1,000,000+ |
| What it is for | A credible company presence, product pages and an inquiry route for buyers who already know you. | Buyers who arrive with a part number or a BOM and expect to find, filter and quote it without waiting. |
| Included | Core pages, product pages, inquiry forms, WhatsApp routing, structured data, Cloudflare deployment. | Part-number search, parametric filters, BOM/RFQ upload, CMS, data import, catalog and brand pages. |
| Delivery | 2 – 4 weeks | 4 – 8 weeks |
| Hosting | Cloudflare Pages, $0 per month | One VPS you control, billed to you at cost |
| Second year | Nothing owed | Nothing owed |
Part numbers are counted as distinct, usable items — not spreadsheet rows. Packaging, colour and batch variants of one part count once. The final tier is fixed in writing before work starts, based on the data we actually receive.
Both products, item by item.
A company site that does not embarrass you in a vendor audit.
- Home, company, products, quality, contact — written for export buyers.
- Astro static build on Cloudflare Pages: $0 per month hosting.
- Mobile Lighthouse in the 95–99 range, no layout shift.
- Structured data,
/llms.txt, sitemap and robots configured. - Inquiry form routed to email and WhatsApp.
- Domain, source code and Cloudflare account in your company's name.
Not included: ongoing content, outbound prospecting, social media management.
A catalog buyers can actually search.
- Meilisearch index with a tokenizer that preserves hyphens, slashes and suffixes.
- Parametric filters, category / brand / series pages, BOM or Excel upload for RFQ.
- Payload CMS, so your team edits products without a developer.
- Import and normalisation of the part data you send; exceptions reported, not hidden.
- Repository, database schema and deployment scripts handed over.
- One VPS under your account, typically $20–60 per month at cost.
Not included: scraping third-party supplier data, daily operations, 24/7 managed hosting.
The exclusions are part of the price.
- Supplier or marketplace data scraping and cleansing.
- Daily publishing, buyer outreach and ad management.
- Domain registration and hosting bills — you pay those directly, at cost.
- Ranking positions or a guaranteed number of inquiries.
- $999 per year — content and search advisory: buyer-demand research, long-form pages, AI-citation audits.
- Custom work quoted separately: ERP sync, quotation and proforma-invoice generation, payment gateways, client order portals.
A subscription prices the software, not the outcome. If you stop paying, the site stops. Here the build is paid once and the asset is yours; the only recurring costs are the domain and, for a catalog, a VPS you rent directly.
What “yours” means, concretely.
Before you compare quotes.
Next step
Send the part-number count and the budget range.
With those two numbers, the reply is a scope, a fixed price and a delivery date — usually within one working day. No brief required.
